    I’ve read this 3:1 ratio in quite a few books. The GOOD is always present too. There is ALWAYS Beautiful! Birds are great thought interuptors, aren’t they? I allow them to every day. Do you focus on the algae, or the swans? It’s a simple choice to MAKE. thanks for the great focus lesson and imagery. an unknown friend, momentummikey 🙂 🙂
